You need a Mental Health Day. Take a weekday off, so it doesn’t impact the family. Go somewhere like SG or Moab or Fruita the night before. Sleep out, check out meteors. Ride all the next day, then come home. Solo WRIAD does this great, but takes a bit more planning/prep. OK that’s my medical advice. Send me your copay.

Isn't that the truth? Aaron refuses to talk to me about anything of import when I am sick. In fact, he has now taken to laughing at everything out of my mouth until I feel better. Apparently, I "exaggerate" the bad. Whatever.

I can always tell when I need a break because I start yelling at other drivers. Yesterday I called someone a "Corn Hole". I probably had not called someone a Corn Hole in 20 years. It made me laugh and then I felt better.
